Flexibright Prismatic Reflective Film
| Flexibright prismatic grade 400-450 microns reflective film, designed for user friendly application onto emergency service vehicles and motorbikes where a tough weather resistant rugged product is required. Very high prismatic brightness, 8 colours including 3 fluorescent for enhanced daytime visibility. Outdoor durability (refer to the Technical Data Sheet) 5 years for colours, less for fluorescent colours. Meets PSDB specifications. The product is single layer so no edge sealing is required with this film and it withstands power washes due to its aggressive high-tack pressure sensitive adhesive. The material is die cuttable and plotter cuttable, and easy to apply onto smooth painted or unpainted vehicle surfaces. Flexibright is composed of cube corner (microprism) reflective elements integrally bonded to a flexible, smooth-surfaced tough and weather resistant UV stabilized polymeric film. The prism surfaces are coated with a vacuum deposition of aluminium to provide a mirror surface to the prism facets.This product is engineered to conform to the demands of vehicle shapes it is great for application onto curved surfaces especially on motorbikes so templates and kits require less pieces. |

Prismatic grade 230 microns reflective film, Class RA2, design C, designed for permanent traffic control, guidance and information signs that require long term outdoor exposure. High prismatic brightness. 10 colours including 2 fluorescent colours for enhanced daytime visibility. Outdoor durability (refer to the Technical Data Sheet) 10 years, the surface has an excellent resistance to corrosion. This reflective film is compliant to EN 12899-1. This material is strictly intended for adhesion onto even metallic surfaces, such as aluminium and galvanised steel. Please note high intensity grade has no watermark as standard. A watermarked grade can be supplied as a special order.
Hi Intensity Construction Reflective Film
| High intensity construction grade 230 microns reflective film, Class RA2, design B, designed for temporary traffic control, guidance and information signs that require medium term outdoor exposure. High prismatic brightness. 6 colours. Outdoor durability (refer to the Technical Data Sheet) 5 years, the flexible modified acrylic surface has an excellent resistance to corrosion. This reflective film is compliant to EN 12899-1, BASt and DIN 67520. This material has a high tack adhesive formulation and has an excellent adhesion to low surface energy plastics. Please note high intensity grade has no watermark as standard and is strictly designed for application onto even surfaces. |
